SALEM - Students at Salem High School were recently recognized for positive behavior while at school.

During the Positive Behavior Celebration recently, students with outstanding behavior received prizes that included headphones and gift cards.

PBSIS (Positive Behavior Support in Schools) works to address behavior and discipline problems in schools, according to the New Jersey Department of Education.

Salem High School has its own PBSIS program, and often awards its students for outstanding behavior through drawings and ceremonies.

Among those honored during the celebration were Positive Behavior Support delegate Jasmin Reynolds and Cory Gregory.
